Hi, Michael.
I regularly (daily) delete temp files and cookies through my "internet options," but I also check irregularly on %temp%, just to see if what I think is going on is actually taking place.
When I look at %temp%, I see a file in there titled "IadHide."
First, is this spyware or adware?
Second, I can't delete the file through ordinary means. Any ideas if I should and if so, how?
Third: I'm running Norton and Webroot Spy Sweeper on my system. These should have caught something like this but haven't.
Any ideas?

This file is from BackWeb and is usually installed with Logitech products such as Logitech Desktop Manager. If you have a Logitech Wireless mouse/keyboard it probably installed as a part of the default install process.

My suggestion would be to go into add/remove programs in the control panel and remove Logitech Desktop Manager.

There are some other pieces of software that might try to install it as well.

Hope that answered your question
