Think you might have spyware?

If you've heard about spyware but didnt know how to check for it or what to do if you have it check out this article.

I spend at least 3 or 4 hours a week cleaning spyware off of computers. Its a pretty easy and straight forward operation. However any task can be daunting if you've never attempted it before. Ive written an article entitled "I've got spyware!" that should help you with this dilema.
