Biased towards Vista?

I personally did not get a chance to test Vista Beta. So, I will have to go in with other's review on Vista. From what I have heard so far, Vista looks really cool (cooler than a mac), it's fast and now I am hearing reports about security concerns. The people who gave me positive reviews were not those people who are into professional testing.

I would like to commend Symantec for spending tons of money to test Vista. They are doing Microsoft a big favor in testing the networking side of things. I am surprised that these issues were not recognized by MS testers as the issues seem to be pretty basic and of high importance.

Microsoft has a few more months to mop up the buggy code to find a balance between secure OS and non-delayed OS release. Microsoft has done it before and I am sure they are gonna come out in flying colors once again.
