A description of the Indexing Service
Service - Indexing Disable/Enable - Either Description of Service - Allows for the indexing of files on the local system as well as remote devices. Notes: - This is mainly used to speed up querying of large databases. Unless you are working with large SQL or Oracle databases you should disable this service.
