Service - Cryptographic Disable/Enable - Enable Description of Service - Used to implement three critical management services. Catalog Database Service, used to confirm signatures for Windows files; Protected Root Service, used to manage Trusted Root Certification Authority on the local system; Key Services, used to enroll this system for certificates.
