As per the default mode, the hard disk is popularly known as the "C" drive, floppies as "A" and so on and so forth. Want to be different?
This article gives you the solution to change your drive letter the way you want it to be. Maybe some of us want our hard disk to be "H" or maybe "E". It is solely the user's choice. Cutting to the chase, here is how you change the drive letter : Click on Start Click on Control Panel Click on Administrative Tools Click on Computer Management Right Click on the partition whose drive letter you want to change - When you right click, you are looking for "change drive letter and paths" This should do the trick.
